Jim Stoffel — entrepreneur, lifelong learner, and founder of

30 years of experience, I’ve had the honor of learning from remarkable mentors, entrepreneurs, and life coaches—individuals who embraced mistakes as fuel for growth. Their example instilled in me a drive to help others forge their own path, whether through strategic business guidance or simply offering clarity to those in need of direction.
As a certified life coach at BVC, I work with leadership teams to rise above the day-to-day and view their objectives from a 10,000-foot perspective. From navigating startup jitters and managing cash flow to reclaiming time for a better quality of life, I help clients solve challenges with clarity and confidence in today’s rapidly changing economic and technological landscape.
But building a better business is only part of my story.
I’m also a curious explorer and lifelong hobbyist. For over a decade, I’ve crisscrossed the United States mining for minerals and gemstones — from topaz in Utah and diamonds in Arkansas to Herkimer quartz in New York. Many of these finds are turned into handcrafted jewelry and artwork.
As a homeopathic practitioner, I embrace the philosophies of Dr. Robert Becker, exploring the subtle relationships between bioelectricity, wellness, and nature’s intelligence. I also have a deep connection to the past, having spent over 10 years researching family history, uncovering the roots and stories that shaped generations.
My home is lined with more than 2,500 books, a personal library spanning everything from history and science to fiction and philosophy. I've also dabbled in electronics for over 30 years, and I enjoy spending time in the workshop, forging metal, crafting knives, and building custom furniture — tables, beds, frames, and more.
For over 40 years, I’ve been an avid Dungeons & Dragons (r) player and GM, enjoying collaborative storytelling and world-building. I channel this passion into my creative outlet as a podcast creator, sharing immersive narratives and relaxation content on [Once Upon an ASMR](https://youtube.com/@onceuponanasmr687).
